ENERGATE will provide a smart energy marketplace for energy efficiency investments in buildings. The ENERGATE marketplace will be implemented through an ICT-based platform, which, on the one hand will aim to mobilise and accelerate the creation of NECP-compatible credible project pipeline and on the other, it will aim to facilitate the financial closure and project implementation by offering standardisation, risk mitigation and appropriate “packaging” of investments.
