The ENERGATE initiative has unveiled a new platform aimed at streamlining energy efficiency renovations across a variety of building types in Europe. The pilot phase, involving key partners such as Greenesco, LDK Consultants, Commuty, Enerbrain, and the Riga Planning Region, focuses on showcasing the platform's capabilities in identifying, financing, and executing energy efficiency projects.

The pilot includes diverse building types across different countries:

• Greece is targeting residential, public, and non-residential buildings.
• Spain is focusing on residential buildings despite facing market challenges.
• Italy and France are concentrating on private non-residential buildings, including hospitals, offices, and industrial structures.
• Latvia is specifically targeting public service buildings.
