ENERGATE organised its 2nd Regional Training Workshop in Riga, on 29th May, 2024.
Fruitful discussions took place among the participants highlighting the role of the ENERGATE platform in building energy efficiency renovation investments.
The ENERGATE platform supports Riga in renovating public buildings for improved energy efficiency by streamlining access to financial resources, including government funding, EU grants, and private investments. It simplifies administrative procedures, maintains accurate user data, and clarifies ownership structures, assisting municipalities in navigating energy performance contracts. ENERGATE also provides detailed information on investment costs and payback periods, helping investors make informed decisions. By connecting municipalities with essential financial resources, the platform promotes sustainable energy projects and enhances the energy efficiency of public buildings.
