Reducing buildings' energy consumption through efficiency interventions is a crucial step in addressing climate change. Our latest publication presents a novel decision-making tool designed to support stakeholders in the financing and implementation of energy efficiency projects by:

• Assisting in project selection based on investor preferences.
• Leveraging an optimisation algorithm to cluster similar projects for better aggregation.
• Applying the TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method for effective prioritisation.

This tool enhances decision-making by streamlining data management, standardising procedures, and automating critical steps in the investment process.
