On June 5, 2025, at Politecnico di Milano’s Campus Bovisa during CLIMA2025, stakeholders from real estate, energy, and finance sectors gathered for the joint ENERGATE & MODERATE workshop, organised by REHVA, to discuss innovative solutions for improving building energy efficiency.

ENERGATE’s Impact: Unlocking Finance for Renovation

Katerina Papapostolou (NTUA) presented ENERGATE’s strategy to drive sustainable investments in building renovation. By integrating innovative financial mechanisms and engaging key market players, ENERGATE focuses on reducing investment risks and enabling greater access to finance for energy efficiency projects.
